Remember to abide by our "one character per race per person" rule. Here can be found all the info on our races so you may begin creating a character profile. Humes – strong willed, technology based explorers. The farthest spread race, these omnivores have no true cities, tend to live on farms and small villages. A few larger towns are few and far between. Humes declare their own leaders as they see fit. Live in family units and live to about 50 years (unless in larger towns, where they can live to 60 years). Humes reproduce sexually. Health - 70 Attack - 50 Magic - 20 Armour – 30 Magic Resist - 30 Passive - Humes have a chance for critical hits in battle. If the admin/moderator rolls a two, the attack does a time and a half the damage it normally would! Elves – intelligent, order-bearing, elegant wood-dwellers. Due to longevity and magic use, they feel superior to other races. Live independently of each other, but together in dwellings within the woods. Because of their relation to the woods, they refuse to eat meat and instead live off the plants that inhabit the Feywood. They have a high council made up of 5 elders who handle large decisions. Elves who choose to leave the forest are labeled as “Waywards”, banished, and may never return. Elves live to be roughly 200 years. Like Humes, they reproduce sexually. Health - 50 Attack - 20 Magic - 70 Armour - 30 Magic Resist - 30 Passive - Because of their strong magic capabilities, Elves deal an extra 2% of damage for every 10% of health they are missing. So 2% if they are missing 10%, 4% if they are missing 20% and so on. Nymphs – mischievous, two feet tall magic users. They tend to live near water in small shacks and improvised structures, as these areas are more populated by other races. They are omnivores but will often just eat whatever they can get their hands on, sometimes reducing themselves to eating garbage from settlements. Due to their chaotic nature, they have no use for family or leaders and work independently of each other. An old nymph is about 12 years. Due to their short lifespans, nymphs tend to want to see the world burn. When a nymph dies, a tree grows from its resting place, and from the seeds of these trees come new nymphs. Some nymphs are winged and others are wingless. The wingless ones tend to have Komodos to travel on. They also have slightly bluish skin. Health - 50 Attack - 20 Magic - 80 Armour - 20 Magic Resist - 30 Passive – Because Nymphs are too small to wield weapons, they receive slightly extra Magic stats as they level up and a plus one on rolls to evade. Whenever an enemy rolls to see if the attack misses, a one is added (ie. rolls a 5 and it becomes a six). Menodix – short, animal-like humanoids who think more with their heart than with their mind. These omnivores grow to 4 feet at the tallest, have furry animal-like ears and fluffy tails. Very courageous and outgoing, they attempt to make friends with anyone they meet. They live in a network of tunnels underground in packs led by enlightened Shamans. These chosen Shaman have healing capabilities, but may not reproduce. Like Humes, Menodix reproduce sexually. Health - 40 Attack - 70 Magic - 20 Armour - 35 Magic Resist - 35 Passive - With ties to healing magic, Menodix regenerate their health by a little each turn depending on level. 5 health points are regenerated each turn at level one. Ancrida – strong and hardy, insect-like humanoids. These carnivores are extremely territorial of their mountainous homes. Aggressive by nature, but never fully blinded by anger. Live in very hive-like settlements rather than individual families. They consider themselves all one family led by their Queen. Live to about 80 years. The Ancrida reproduce by spawning. Females lay their eggs and leave them for male fertilization, leading to the belief they are all one family. Health - 40 Attack - 40 Magic - 20 Armour - 80 Magic Resist - 20 Passive - Because of their brute strength, Ancrida have no use for weapons. Instead, they receive extra Attack and Health stats as they level up.
